Hi David! I have heard from multiple sources that Ireland is an incredible place to visit. It has been on my list of places to go for some time, but your post encourages me even more. I’ve seen photos of the beautiful landscape and castles. The one you’ve chosen is incredible as well. What sort of food did you have there? I know many places have dishes or styles that they specialize in, but I’ve not heard what that is for Ireland.
